Okay so how do we fix it
I have a question. So my knees collapsed a week ago apon landing impact after spiking a nine square ball. My knees hurt all day before that, which is normal for me, but got to the point where I couldn't get out of my chair. I have pain along the MCL, patellar tendon, and the outside of the patella (I don't know what that is called) where there was swelling and bruising. Both of my knees collapsed, and first my right knee was worse, with the swelling and bruising .then after a few days my left knee started swelling more. I can walk normally, although it's uncomfortable. I have no idea what's wrong

I got this by scrapping my knee at xc practice and now it hurts more than ever, the worst part about it is I have a county xc championship in 1 week and I’m the top runner, we are the 2nd best team in the county but if this doesn’t heal soon we are going to do bad in the xc championship, all because a tripped on a freaking tree root at practice. 😭

I've got pain in my knee after jogging harshly. I didn't do any warm up and that's the first jogging for me in this year. Never done it before. So after that my right knee hurts and i felt pain when i walking. I've went to doctor and she said nothing and just gave me vit b with one more medicine that i forget what's the name of it. It has almost been a month but my knee still hurts. Should i get it scanned? Or is it just a normal pain?
