    Do you not dry out the filo pastry before putting it into the wet mixture? All of the recipes I looked up for Portokalopita require drying it out. If yes, this would save so much time! Please do let me know.

    This takes me way back. I used to work for a greek family, and my boss's wife would bring this in for us to eat all if the time. Man was it good! I need to make this asap
