USA ≈ spectators, Europe = supporters
European ball and US ball are the opposite, the support of the fans is not even fair to compare! From a technical standpoint, the US guys lack all the fundamentals, whilst the Europeans learn it since they are 6/7 years old! Scoring in Europe is much tougher than in the NBA! Defensively the rules are different, rotations, spacing, your bigs are allowed to stay and protect the lane / rim! Having an open lane, doing a runner it’s really harder.
Serbia 💯💣💥 and the eternal & legendary "Partizan"🤍🖤🤍 7 titles winner COACH Željko Obradović (r.i.p🙏🪽)
you people still dont get it.. for example in football.. IF the team is underperforming they have to give answers to the ultras captain at the moment who is present. not coach not club presidents no managers or what so ever….big games its a damn warzone 😛
What's soccer ? It's football !
Corection, Europeans have been for Centuries loud, passionate fans, supporters.
Came here after hearing a Knicks fan say that they are way more passionate and intense than European fans
I’m thankful for the fan model we have in the US bc if it was like in Europe it would eventually devolve into some yt boy showing up in the stands with a full pack and unaliving half the crowd.🤔
European basketball is tribal.
This all come from Football (the real one , of course, not the american one) culture.
Didn't know Dirk Nowitzki played for Greece, or that GER no longer means Germany but instead means Greece…
what you witness here is spiritual warfare. the fans are part of the game, part of the team. they support their team with their energie and throw it against their enemies. the support of the fans makes a massive difference and can change a game
Greek
In USA, a basketball game is entertainment. In Europe, a basketball game is fans spectacle. Only In Serbia, a basketball game is lesson of love since Partizan is not a club but family. Made in Serbia, baby! 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸
Jamás me gustó este deporte ,,,,basket
I didnt even realise we played basketball in Europe.
Serbia is new europe.
In old europe, we dont play basketball.
Kobe èKobe grew up in Italy, learned to play basketball in Italy, knew European basketball very well, he was certainly not surprised by the atmosphere and the welcome in Greece
See only a game at Greek teams Olympiakos – Panathinaikos and you gain experiance for the rest of your life. A decade before to same game you should easily ask after game "are there more hospitalized, than victims of bombs droped to Boznia Herzegovine ?
The main difference is that Europeans are literally members of the club, not just spectators.
We play basketball/soccer/tennis/whatever in the very same clubs as the pro teams. The pro teams are not the club. They are part of the club.
The real club are all of us.
