Latuce and tomatoes can't be tasty at the same time of the year. Latuce is a winter vegetable and tomato a summer one. Greenhouse tomatoes are always inferior.
So, this salad wouldn't be eaten in Greece, since tasty tomatos are essential for salads we eat.

With Lettuce??!! greek salad is only red onion, calamata, (olive ) tomato green pepper, cucumber feta cheese oregano salt and a little bit pepper , I always go to Greece but I haven't seen Greek salad with lettuce..
