I just made this, can confirm it was delicious. Make sure you have a huge bowl to fit the potatoes and chicken together to marinate. I marinated them for 3 hours and it was super flavorful. My dad was especially a fan of the potatoes.

Last time i had a chicken in my hands while washing it under water in a tub, it felt like holding a tiny puppy. Feels same way, when you lift up with both hands a tiny dog.

Nobody cares about Greek food! Not enough variety or seasoning like Asian or Caribbean food. A Greek restaurant is not usually the first thing that pops in mind when you thinking about food 😂

Good Recipe…but you might want to add 1/4 Cup of White Wine & Chicken Broth to the Marinade….you can also add a half a Tea Spoon of Ricotta Cheese also to the Marinade for a slightly Creamy an Decadent taste.
