this looks amazing. I'm making it right now. thank you! heads up: I just noticed a discrepancy between the video and the ingredients list above concerning oregano. 2 tsp versus 3 1/2 tspn. i'm trusting the video as 3 1/2 seems like an enormous amount of dry oregano. btw, I'm using "Mexican" oregano and I understand there is a difference. Should I still stick to 2 tsp? take care and happy cooking/eating!
just fell over you and you're my new fav chef (Alongside Aaron Hu) – not so serious about 100% correct things, use what you got

marinade looked ,but nothing to say oooooh!
I love your recipes!! I said what I said.
Greek? Where's the olives, anywhere?
Yum
goat recipe
The dish looks wonderful. However, won't that much cooking time dry out the breast meat?
Oh my goodness, I love how you cook. I love how you react to it. I love your ingredients and you've given me a newfound resurgence for cooking because of your enthusiasm and your wonderful creativity and I love the authentic dishes. Thank you.
Cooking time ? Temp ?
what would recommend instead of potatoes? I know they are traditional, but as a diabetic I need to watch my carb intake, and potatoes are one of those foods I love, and will eat to much of if they are there.
Chef John of Food Wishes already perfected this recipe. I have done his several times. It is great. I marinated over night.
Gorgeous flavor and the potatoes are insanely good. I used chicken thigh and finished in the overn. Fool proof.
So yummy 🎉
Amazing video thank you
Yummm 😋
Marinating thighs right now. Can't wait to see how they turn out tomorrow
Hi, was looking around for a new chicken recipe and this caught my attention, looks really great. Generally I find that chicken dishes will benefit a lot from salt since the meat doesn’t provide much flavour on its own. Is the salt in the potatoes supposed to be enough salt content for the dish as a whole? Thanks
What size pan do you use? Thanks
from Devon, UK: Fantastic presentation – great to watch an excellent chef at work – thanks for sharing: xx 🙂
Beloved, do you know, that your Creator Jesus Christ loves you? He loves you and each one of us immensely! Do you know Him, or do you just know about Him? If you don't know Him yet, please let me tell you about Him. I do not belong to any organized religion, nor do I belong to any kind of religious sect. I just love the Lord Jesus, the only true, living God there is, and His Word; the Bible. So I am the true follower of Jesus Christ; the Christ of the Bible. Jesus is the Word of God, who became flesh. He lived a perfect, sinless life, then He died on the cross for our sins. On the third day, Father God resurrected Him; He rose from the dead; and now He is alive, and He sits at the Father God's right hand. He is the one and only true living God; there's no other, apart from Him. He loves us; He created us! He is not the God of religion, He is the God of a personal relationship! He desires a close relationship with us. He said in John 14:6, "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' No one can come to heaven except through Jesus! Therefore, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior today, if you haven't done it yet! Repent of your sins, and ask Him to forgive you, cleanse you, and make you a new creation in Jesus Christ! Then invite Him into your heart, and into your life. Talk to Him and acknowledge Him on daily basis; run to Him in your distress, and He'll give you rest! Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Beloved people, tomorrow is promised to none of us; and without Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we won't have an eternal life in heaven. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and His sacrifice on the cross today; do not wait another minute! John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Simple ingredients, incredible flavor!
omg I love this!!!!!
I’m definitely making this again!
Agreed! Thighs are the best cut of chicken, hands downs 🍗👊
Should the breast be added closer to the end so they aren’t dry?
OH YOU’RE REALLY KILLING ME 🤪
Thank you very much for your amazing recipes and simple techniques that you generously share with us! ❤
Incredibly juicy and flavorful!
For the potatoes to get also the same marinated lemony flavor – put everything together from the beginning. There is no need for separate steps. All Greek grandmas they are making this every Sunday. Fast and easy.
Excelente 😊
They're telling me that if I like this video, they'll pay me, but I'm not sure if this is a scam."

1/2 cup of olive oil. *skips to next video" 💀
I can see why you have done what you have done, but….. the potatoes do no have the lemon and herb flavour, May be try finishinishing the potates off after spending half the cook time under the chicken
chicken vesuvio?
👏😁👏 yay!!!!! Just perfect! Darling! 💋💗😋🍷🤗👍
This resembles my Grandmothers Sicilian Salmoriglio Sauce/Marinade. Oh my!!!
Cooking times are a little long….
Great recipe thanks. My family loved it. Didn't realize how tender it would be but the chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender. I was a little concerned that the lemon flavor wouldn't infuse into the potatoes so after I fried them in the pan I tossed them with some of the marinade to coat them and then finished them off in the oven. Excellent!! Thx again.
