St. George Greek Orthodox Church will be hosting their 50th Annual Greek Festival Friday, September 11th to September 13th. Located at 107 Clinton St. in Schenectady, this free and three-day event will feature live music, ethnic Greek food, beverages, folk dancing vendors and raffles!

Friday and Saturday – 11:00AM to 10:00PM
Sunday – 11:00AM – 3:00PM
The parishioners of the church have worked tirelessly to provide quality featured items such as Moussaka, Olympian Kotta, and their famous Lamb Shanks Yiovetsi! The event will also feature live Greek Music presented by Capital Region performers, Prometheus. Joining Prometheus on stage will be the St. George Hellenic Dancers to perform traditional Greek folk dances, with participants ranging from 5-years-old to adults!
And don’t forget to check out the Agora Marketplace for all of your vendor needs ranging from religious books and items to organic olive oil to soaps and lotions! But wait there’s more! Attendees can also look forward to the Grand Raffle and 50/50, with a top prize of $5,000 up for grabs!
