London diners can enjoy a culinary journey through the Greek islands this summer as Fenix Mayfair unveils The Summer Edit, a brand-new five-course tasting experience inspired by the flavours, culture and landscapes of the Cyclades.
Located opposite Green Park in the heart of Mayfair, Fenix Mayfair has introduced the immersive seasonal menu to celebrate the growing popularity of Greek travel and cuisine, bringing the spirit of island-hopping to central London.
A Greek Island Adventure Through Food
Available for both lunch and dinner throughout the summer, The Summer Edit is designed as a five-chapter gastronomic voyage, with each course representing a different Greek island.
Priced at £65 per person, the tasting menu showcases Fenix’s modern take on authentic Greek dining, with guests also able to enhance the experience through specially selected Greek wine pairings.
Chapter One – Amorgos
The journey begins with freshly baked pita bread accompanied by traditional tzatziki and a spicy feta dip featuring walnuts and paprika. Inspired by Amorgos’ warm hospitality and classic meze culture, the opening course offers a comforting introduction to the menu.
Chapter Two – Delos
Representing the historic island of Delos, guests are served a luxurious tuna truffle and caviar tartare. The dish highlights premium ingredients and reflects the rich heritage of one of Greece’s most significant archaeological sites.
Chapter Three – Mykonos
The third course takes inspiration from Mykonos, featuring halloumi cheese tempura served with yuzu hollandaise and shiso vinaigrette. The dish combines traditional Greek ingredients with contemporary influences, mirroring the cosmopolitan dining scene of the island itself.
Chapter Four – Milos
Seafood takes centre stage in the Milos chapter, where a sea bass fillet is paired with broccolini, grilled kale, smoked pepper cream and piccata. The course celebrates the island’s reputation for exceptional seafood and coastal cuisine.
Chapter Five – Santorini
The experience concludes with a dessert inspired by Santorini’s iconic sunsets and volcanic landscape. Frozen Greek yogurt is served alongside candied walnuts, berries and traditional Greek doughnuts for a sweet finale.
Bringing the Cyclades to Central London
As interest in Greek travel continues to grow, The Summer Edit offers a way for Londoners to experience the flavours of the Aegean without leaving the capital. Combining storytelling, seasonal ingredients and contemporary Greek cooking, the tasting menu aims to capture the essence of some of Greece’s most beloved islands.
The launch further strengthens Fenix Mayfair’s reputation as one of London’s most exciting destinations for Mediterranean dining.
