what u see in videos…or in any touristic places(famous destinations or athens) is completely different of what u can find in mainland in all areas around greece(uknown for the mosts)….same recipes diferent tastes depended of each area…even feta cheese is tottaly diferent,…need alot of time and money to discover(visit) and try foods and recipes around greece…sweets..food…vegts…fruits…each area is famous for something…and if someone say that food of other countries is the best…then he never came in greece…or even he came he just tried food from athens or other famous destinations(islands)..not from the mainland.

You had european flying squid "θράψαλο" body, not calamari. The wings/flaps of a calamari end at the middle of the body and not at the top. Probably you also got squid tentacles if you ordered the ones you show at 10:28. If cooked correctly the squid is also tasty.
