Purple Cow Ice Cream Martini At A Salem, NH Mediterranean Spot

Wow!  Am I glad I asked!

Recently, I asked our listeners to fill in the blank:

“My Favorite Local Business is ______”

JoAnn from our Facebook page said, SevMar Mediterranean Bistro in Salem, New Hampshire. That answer got me curious because I love mediterranean food.

When I looked them up on Facebook, much to my delight, I found a picture of a Purple Cow Ice Cream Martini that they have brought back.  I didn’t even know it existed in the first place, so I’m thrilled that I discovered it!

This NH Martini Looks Like the Boozy Cocktail of Your Dreams

This incredible concoction is made with cream Baja Luna which is a combination of berries, vanilla and sweet cream, chocolate and coconut milk.  Then, this fabulous drink is topped off with a scoop of Purple Cow Ice cream!

If you don’t know what purple cow ice cream is a New England favorite kind of summer treat.  It’s black rasberry ice cream mixed with chocolate chunks.  Absolutely deeelish!  I am thinking if they can do this with Purple Cow Ice Cream, can’t they do it with other flavors like, say, Oreo cookie vanilla or…. Peanut butter cup swirl?  I’m just spit-balling here.  I’ll let them be the chef.

Sevmar Mediterranean Bistro’s food menu looks amazing as well.  Things like, spanakopita, shawarma, kabobs and vegan options.  Although I haven’t tried this place yet, I am looking forward to getting there soon.

Have you tried Sevmar Mediterranean Bistro?  If so, let me know how you liked it!  sarah.sullivan@townsquaremedia.com.
