GREECE, N.Y. — A 46-year-old man has been indicted on second-degree manslaughter after a man died as a result of a fight in Greece.

On July 29, Greece Police say they found 53-year-old Timothy Carlton unconscious with life-threatening injuries on Wood Road. He later died in the hospital from his injuries.
Following the assault, Shawn Warnick was charged with assault. According to the Monroe County Inmate Census, Warnick also violated his probation from a previous misdemeanor offense.
News10NBC previously asked police the relationship between the suspect and victim and if it had a motive, we were told no more details would be released.
Three other people were also detained the night of the assault.
