How to make the Greek specialty Pastitsio

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Pastitsio is one of several Greek specialties that will be served at the 75th Annual Savannah Greek Festival Oct. 8-10.

Greek food, music and dancing highlight the cultural event at the St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church Hellenic Center at 14 West Anderson Street.

Volunteers from the church prepare the food that will be served from 11 am-9 pm each day of the festival. Dawn Faris, who oversaw the making of pastitsio this year showed Tim how to put together the dish often referred to as Greek lasagna.
