There’s so much happening this weekend, whether you’re looking for date ideas or a day out with the family; this weekend is jam-packed with activities.
From a nationally recognized food and wine festival in Greenville to Greek food in Spartanburg, this weekend, you can immerse yourself in culture without leaving the Upstate.
Here are four events to add to your calendar.
Euphoria Food, Wine & Music Festival returns to Greenville
Foodies can spend the entire weekend sampling dishes, wines and craft beverages during the 21st annual Euphoria Food, Wine & Music Festival 2026 in downtown Greenville.
The festival features celebrity chefs from Top Chef and Hell’s Kitchen, cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, tasting events and live music performances throughout the weekend.
Signature events include Friday’s Party in the Park and Saturday’s Feast by the Field. Proceeds support local charities through the festival’s nonprofit organization.

When: Thursday, Sept. 17 through Sunday, Sept. 20

Spartanburg Greek Festival serves up food, music and culture
Authentic Greek cuisine takes center stage this weekend at the Spartanburg Greek Festival 2026. The annual festival features Greek favorites, including gyros, souvlaki, spanakopita, and baklava, along with traditional music, dancing, and cultural demonstrations.
The festival has become one of Spartanburg’s most popular food-centered events, offering a chance to experience Greek culture without leaving the Upstate.
Where: 697 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg
When: Friday, Sept. 18 through Sunday, Sept. 20
Time: Hours are Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Cost: Admission: $3; children 12 and under enter for free. Bring money for food, bakery treats, drinks, etc.
The Spartanburg Greek Festival at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church on Asheville Highway kicked off Thursday Sept. 21 with its Greek chicken lunch.
Now in its 24th year, the festival will continue with a full state of activities the rest of the weekend. Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. A tray filled with baklava. (JOSE FRANCO PHOTO)
Anderson County Hispanic Festival celebrates culture and community
Hosted by the Anderson County Latinx Council, the 5th Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival returns Saturday, Sept. 19, with a day of Latin American culture, music, dance and food at the Anderson County Farmers Market. Visitors can enjoy authentic cuisine, cultural performances and activities that highlight the area’s growing Hispanic community.
The family-friendly event is expected to attract residents from across Anderson County and surrounding communities.

Upstate Renaissance Faire 2026
The Upstate Renaissance Faire returns in 2026 with a new home at Hollywild Animal Preserve. Organizers are promising their biggest year yet, featuring expanded grounds, additional parking, immersive woodland settings, new attractions, and unique animal encounter experiences, including opportunities to take photos with animals such as kangaroos.
