If you love Greek food, you need to mark your calendar.
The 67th Annual Greek Food Bazaar will be held on Saturday and Sunday, November 7-8, at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 64 Hershey Avenue, in Lancaster.
The event celebrates Greek culture with authentic cuisine such as spanakopita and baklava, traditional Greek dancing, and a gourmet food market.
Visitors can also tour the church’s newly completed iconography and enjoy Greek coffee.
The bazaar supports charitable organizations.
Tickets to the Bazaar cost $17 in advance or $20 at the door. Each ticket is good for a traditional Greek-style chicken and pastitsio platter with spanakopita, salad, and a dinner roll.
To order your tickets online — and get a $3 discount — visit the Church’s website here.
Items purchased online will be available for pickup at the church’s drive-thru window or inside the building.
For those dining inside, the Traditional Platter and individual A la Carte items will be available. Boxed and individual pastries will also be available for purchase.
Hours:
Saturday, Nov. 8: 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
