The Moroccan embassy in Athens held on Thursday a caftan fashion show, showcasing the outfit that stands as a symbol of elegance and artisanal haute couture in local culture.
The event, presented 60 Moroccan outfits, served as a cultural diplomacy initiative designed to highlight the evolution of Morocco’s heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary creativity to the Greek public and the diplomatic corps and took place at the Moroccan ambassador residence.
Nearly 200 guests attended from various sectors, including the diplomatic corps high-ranking officials from the Greek government, municipalities, the business community and the Moroccan community living in Greece.
