It’s a crowd pleaser, save it for later!

Sauté chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix in crumbled feta. Take sheets of filo pastry, brush with melted butter, and place the spinach mixture along one edge. Roll the filo into a snail shape. Place on a baking tray and brush the top with more butter. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
