The Best 3-Ingredient High Protein Buns! 🧀✨ (No Flour!)



Ingredients
1 Large Potato (boiled and peeled)

1 Egg (for the dough)

2 tbsp Greek Yogurt (plain)

1 tsp Baking Powder

A pinch of Salt

Cheese Cubes (Mozzarella works best for the “stretch”)

1 Egg Yolk (for brushing)

Optional: Dried herbs or chili flakes for topping

Instructions
Mash: In a bowl, thoroughly mash your boiled potato until smooth.

Mix: Add the egg, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.

Stuff: Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, and place a cheese cube in the center. Fold the dough over and shape it into a neat bun.

Glaze: Place the buns on a baking tray. Brush the tops with egg yolk for that golden finish.

Bake: Sprinkle with herbs if desired. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

Serve: Pull them apart while hot for that perfect cheese pull!
