A hearty Sunday pot roast slow cooked to tender perfection with potatoes, carrots, and onions — perfect for feeding a crowd of 10! 🥕
This is a Longstreth family staple. I throw it in the oven before church and by the time we get home the whole house smells incredible and dinner is ready. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Ingredients:
– 3 lb Eye of Round Roast
– 1 lb carrots
– 4–6 potatoes
– 1 medium onion
– Cavender’s Greek Seasoning, salt & pepper to taste
– 3 cups water
Cook covered at 350° for 3 hours. That’s it!
