Hiiii friends! Yโall know Iโve been trying to lock in on my fitness goals so hereโs a what I eat in a day (high protein & fiber).
Breakfast:
Greek yogurt topped with ๏ฟผ blueberries, raspberries, simply, Elizabeth granola, honey with two hard-boiled eggs on the side.
Lunch:
Siete grain free chips, ground beef, black beans, corn, tomato, cheese, cilantro, salsa.
Dinner:
Sweet potato, ground beef, Mexican street corn mixture (corn, greek yogurt, cream cheese can also sub with cottage cheese, lime juice, cilantro, jalepeno, tajin, feta).
