We were in Greece when we first tried this. And I was so amazed by it I really wanted to make it at home. Only took me 3 years π

Youβll need:
Shrimps
Tomatoes
Tomato sauce
Feta cheese
Onion
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Put olive oil, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce in a pan and simmer. Than add shrimps and cook for 10 minutes, add feta cheese and cook for another 10 minutes. On the top add freshly chopped parsley and serve with some crispy bread.

I might try this but with muscles instead of shrimps. I had an amazing muscle saganaki at one of my local restaurants near my home in Greece and it was incredible, thank you!
