Journey Mentor, a leading travel-tech SaaS provider known for its user-friendly solutions addressing the travel industry’s complexities, is excited to announce a three-year contract with Zela Jet, a private jet charter broker and helicopter owner based in Greece and Cyprus.

As part of this agreement, Journey Mentor will integrate its advanced e-commerce platform, Luxury Mentor, with Zela Jet’s systems. Zela Jet, renowned for crafting tailored aviation solutions, will enhance its service offerings by incorporating Luxury Mentor into its IT framework. This integration will enable Zela Jet to elevate its luxury travel services, including private jet charters, airport transfers, concierge services, hotel reservations, cruises, and more. Additionally, Luxury Mentor will introduce an automated inventory control system, a revenue management system, and a loyalty system into Zela’s operations.

Beyond the Luxury Mentor platform, Journey Mentor provides business jet operators with a distinct e-commerce solution that allows for the sale of charter flights, individual jet seats, and positioning flights. This feature helps jet operators generate additional revenue and improve the sustainability of their fleets by optimizing the use of available jet and helicopter capacity.

The global business jet market has experienced significant growth in recent years, further accelerated post-pandemic. Statista reports that this market was valued at over $28.6 billion in 2023 and is projected to approach $37 billion by 2028.
