Veal Chops In A Delicious Marinade


This recipe for veal chops with a very special and aromatic marinade is perfect for a barbecue.

Materials for four servings:

Four beef shoulder steaks

For the Asian marinade

Four fresh onions, finely chopped
One lemongrass stalk, chopped
One bunch of chives, chopped
1 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped
One clove of garlic, chopped
5 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Four tsp. soy sauce
salt, black pepper

Procedure

Step 1

Marinade: Mix all the ingredients well. Put the veal chops in a pan and then pour the marinade over them, spreading it well with our hands or a brush. Then, cover the pan with plastic film and let the steaks marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Step 2

Once the barbecue is ready, place the steaks on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are cooked as desired. Turn them over from time to time and coat them with the rest of the marinade. Stop adding the marinade five minutes before removing them from the heat.

Step 3

Serve them with a green salad or grilled vegetables.
