Quick Easy High Protein Breakfast: Snicker’s bowl #recipe #breakfast



This is a breakfast I wake up for everyday. High protein, healthy and delicious snicker’s bowl with yoghurt and peanut butter.

Ingredients:

First layer:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Middle layer:
4-5 tbs Greek or Greek-style yoghurt
1 tbs peanut butter
Optional: some sweetness of choice: 1 tbs honey or maple syrup

Top layer:
Peanuts
Melted dark chocolate

First layer is combined and baked in microwave for 3 minutes.
Middle layer is combined and added on the top.
You can either spread the peanuts before adding the chocolate or mix it with chocolate and add it on top.
Freeze it for 20 minutes for a quick serve or put it in the fridge overnight.
