Laros is celebrating five years in Liverpool with a huge one-day event on Bold Street.
Bringing together customers, partners and the wider community for a full day of authentic Greek food, music and £5,000 worth of giveaways.
Taking place on Saturday 23rd May, the celebration will see Laros transform its original Bold Street restaurant into a lively Greek-inspired party, complete with DJs, Greek dancing and interactive experiences throughout the day including their wheel of fortune.
As a thank you to the community that has supported the brand since day one, Laros will be giving away £5,000 worth of prizes, including its biggest ever giveaway – a three night trip to Greece for two people.
Guests who place a Laros order on Saturday can expect complimentary food samples, exclusive Uber offers, Coca-Cola giveaways, prizes from Laros’ trusted suppliers and in-store wins throughout the day, alongside a wheel of fortune with prizes for both adults and children.
Stand out prizes including 50% off in store on Saturday, £100 voucher to spend in store, £30 voucher to spend in store, free Loukoumades – their famous Greek dessert – for a month, free gyros wrap every Wednesday until the end of the year,
Founded by Crete-born owner Nikolaos Fylladitakis, Laros first launched on Bold Street five years ago with a clear mission to introduce authentic Greek street food to Liverpool, sourcing ingredients directly from Greece and preparing everything in-house.
Since then, the brand has grown significantly, with multiple locations now operating across Liverpool and Manchester, including Mossley Hill, Blackstock Market and Manchester’s Ardwick and Sale.
Despite its expansion, the Bold Street restaurant remains the flagship site at the heart of the brand and will be the focal point for the anniversary celebrations.
Over the past five years, Laros has built a loyal following across the region, with its fresh, flavour-led dishes and commitment to authenticity helping to shape the growing appetite for Greek street food in the North West.
Owner Nikolaos Fylladitakis explained:
“From day one, our mission was to bring authentic Greek street food to Liverpool, sourcing the best ingredients from Greece and making everything fresh, in-house.
“The support we’ve had from the city over the past five years has been incredible. Liverpool has truly embraced what we’ve created and we’ve seen a real love for authentic Greek flavours grow.
“We wanted to celebrate this milestone properly and give something back to the community that has supported us from the beginning. The event on Bold Street is all about bringing people together, sharing great food and creating a real atmosphere with over £5,000 worth of prizes to give away!

The anniversary event is open to all, with guests encouraged to head down to Bold Street on Saturday 23rd May to join the celebrations. Customers who purchase an item from Laros on Saturday 23rd May will have the chance to spin the wheel of fortune and win a prize.
Dancers, music and the wheel of fortune will be available from 3-5pm.
