We all want to build muscle and part of that will come with learning that each macronutrient serves a purpose. We need all of them to be optimized and even to change our body composition.
The theme this week has been to make sure I hit my protein requirements and make meals simple and easy.
Breakfast: I made berries and cream oats from @kodiakcakes and had two servings. 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites.
Post workout: I had @tru_supplements strawberry protein with almond milk and a cup of blueberries.
Lunc: air fried chicken “parm” with purple sweet potato and avocado.
Snack: 0% Greek yogurt with some walnuts and mango (I sweetened it with monk fruit.
Dinner: Spaghetti squash with bison and veggies and some more tomato sauce.
PS: chicken parm recipe coming because it was too good!
