Xenophon Beake as a devoted Greek has for years been attending Glendi, which begins on Friday and runs through Sunday at the Greek Cultural Center in Springfield.
He has now served for seven years as chair of the “celebration of everything Greek” that centers around friendship, good times, music and dancing, as well as the Greek Orthodox faith and culture.
