Founded by a Central Florida mother and daughter, Luisa and Patricia, Thera Greek Frozen Yogurt officially opened in early June 2026 after nearly a year of planning, crafting the recipe, and designing every detail of the space. Inspired by their travels throughout Europe and their love of authentic Greek yogurt, the pair set out to create more than just another frozen yogurt shop—they wanted to create an authentic Greek experience.
Unlike traditional frozen yogurt, Thera’s signature recipe is made entirely from scratch using real Greek yogurt and kefir. The result is a creamy dessert that’s naturally high in protein, rich in probiotics, and crafted without sacrificing flavor. Every batch is carefully prepared to deliver the authentic flavor that Greek yogurt lovers know and enjoy.
