Elena Paparizou, on the occasion of the MAD VMA awards broadcast on MEGA on Sunday, July 7th, made a particularly moving post. At this year’s awards, Elena was honored with a significant award for her overall career and her valuable contribution to the music industry.
Shortly after, on her personal Instagram account, she published an excerpt from the moving moment she received her award from Fokas Evangelinos. Visibly moved, Elena thanked everyone who had stood by her throughout her journey, highlighting the importance of the recognition and support she has received.
In the caption of her post, Elena Paparizou writes: “25 years together. 🙏🏻 25 years I live and experience your love, every moment, every minute, when I’m on stage, when I’m backstage, through thick and thin, through my highs and lows. 25 years ago, my mother’s phone rang in Gothenburg for a job, and she told them I wasn’t home because I was at school. Today, I stand here receiving this award and I have no words to describe how I feel. Gratitude, emotion, joy, but also excitement for what’s to come 🙏🏻 🏆”.
