Prepare Baklava in 5 minutes! Greek Dessert Quick & Easy Recipe
Hey guys welcome back to my channel! Today I’m going to show you how to prepare the easiest dessert ever Greek Baklava! The shortcut technique to this recipe is the way the butter is poured all over the cut baklava instead of brushed onto each layer! So stay tuned and Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup Ghee melted
1 Lb. phyllo dough
2 cups walnuts
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Directions:
Start off by simmering the syrup for 10 minutes until thickened and place aside to cool. Chop all the nuts and mix them with sugar and cinnamon. Line a 13x 9 inch baking sheet with half of the phyllo dough that has been fully thawed and trim off any of the excess edges. Cover the phyllo with all the nut mixture and spread out evenly.

I guess it’s because I like to play with my food. I’ve done baklava both ways and while it’s tedious to butter every sheet I really like pulling the layers apart then making little tiny nut rolls as I’m eating it.
An also i dont know wats baklava so i never heard or it before , does this go in fridge after baking
