Musician Siobhan McCarthy, aka Red Harper, will speak on Medicine as Music. She will discuss the history of music for healing, such as Greek philosopher Pythagoras’ use of harmonics and modes and current research on the impacts of music on brainwaves and the autonomic nervous system.
