instead of put ice at the end try to stir-fry the orzo in a big pan before you ad it in your sauce with a little garlic and a lot of onion .for this recipe try to not use olive oil just some gee butter , you will see a lot of different aromas raise up

It is a fire terra cotta casserole pot. You can use if you want a regular pot with nothing plastic on it and put it instead in the oven or a deep pan which you will cover with foil to maintain the moisture..Thank you guys for all your love I hope you enjoy the food with your loved ones 🙂

You can boil the orzo separately , rinse it with cold water to get rid of the starch , then add it to lamb. It will take away all the stickiness and clumping !
