Have you ever tried Gyros?
Came here because the place in my neighborhood adds pickles and lettuce. They always look so confused when I tell them taziki and tomato only. But I just learned that they are Moroccan so now this makes sense 😂
The best gyros is with pork. You taste it once, you never go back. It doesn't have to be fatty. They use lesser quality meat to improve their profit margins…

Only problem with the fries in gyros is that they are always put in cold, so not very nice. I miss Greece so much, though, and would love to go back

If you put 1 big fluffy , steamy potatoe slice in the middle its ok.. if you put 10 slim boney french fries in there its too much
Tzatziki and French fries are a must. I spent a year in Greece as a foreign exchange student. The best time of my life.
