This unique beach sits at the edge of the wild Lizard Peninsula. It’s a place for adventurers for when the tide is out visitors can venture into the rock pools and through caves. The area has also been used as a location in the House of the Dragon series.
Access can be tricky but it’s worth it. The nearest place to park is 10 minutes away and the path down is quite steep. The Kynance Cove Beach Cafe is always a popular choice with visitors too.
National Trust says: “A tidal beach for the adventurous, famous for its white sand, turquoise sea and rock stacks. Extremely busy with limited parking throughout July, August and September.”
Porthcurno Beach
This beautiful Cornwall beach has been described as ‘just like’ Spain’s Costa Brava but with ‘no noise.’ In recently revealing their pick of UK beach ‘destination dupes,’ staycation experts at holidaycottages.co.uk hailed this Cornwall beach so beautiful that it’s been compared to Costa Brava.
