The Greek Orthodox Cathedral is hosting its annual Greek street fair from Monday, June 2 to Sunday, June 8, 2025 on car-free Schermerhorn Street. There will be traditional food, dancing, live music, kids activities and more daily. Special highlight: Brooklyn Bouzouki Night on Thursday with live music from 6 to 10 pm and Greek dancing. Family Day is back with a joyful mix of music and imagination. Celebrate iconic Swedish children’s book character Pippi Longstocking with beloved NYC klezmer band The Klezmatics’accordion-driven sound. Voices of a People’s History shares readings from an anthology edited by historians Howard Zinn and Anthony Arnove that honors the stories and traditions woven into the diverse tapestry of American history.
