Today, song submissions will close for the Danish and Greek selections for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.

Today is the last day for songs to be submitted to represent the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.

After song submissions opened for Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026 on July 2, today is the last day for songs to be submitted. The rules of selection are as follows:

  • All entries must be submitted with both an audio file and a video file with a recorded simple performance of the song with the artist who is intended to sing it
  • At least one of the songwriters, composers or performers must be a Danish citizen or have a strong connection to Denmark (eg. marriage to a Danish citizen).
  • Residents of the Faroe Islands and Greenland may also participate.
  • Entries must be original and no longer than 3 minutes and not have been publicly performed or released previously.
  • Performers must be 18 years old on the day of the final of the Eurovision Song Contest.
  • Composers and songwriters may submit multiple entries.
  • DR will also invite contributions from the Danish music industry.
  • Once the submissions window has closed, all entries that meet the criteria will be reviewed by an editorial professional assessment committee.

The final will take place on February 14 at the Arena Nord in Frederikshavn. The winning song will represent Denmark in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna, Austria.

Today is the last day for songs to be submitted to represent Greece at the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

It’s the last day for Greek artists to submit their songs to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. Songs must meet the rules of the Eurovision Song Contest and can be submitted on the ERT website here.

Up to 28 songs will compete across two semi-finals, with 14 songs going through to the Grand Final. In the Grand Final, the winner will be chosen by 50% televoting, 25% Greek jury and 25% international jury.
