The winner of the music competition “The Voice” was Sofia Christoforidou, a member of Panos Mouzourakis’ team.
In the final of “The Voice of Greece,” which took place on Sunday night, January 19, the 8 finalists took the stage with the goal of gaining the support of the TV audience and securing the first place. For the first time, all four coaches were represented in the final, each having two players in their teams. In the grand final, Fey Kross and Giannis Siachamis from Elena Paparizou’s team, Evaxenia Anthoula and Sofia Christoforidou from Panos Mouzourakis’ team, Tilemachos Avrantas and Filippos Kokoromyti from Christos Mastoras’ team, and Panos Katsieris and Vangelis Zoulas from Giorgos Mazonakis’ team competed.
In the end, only two remained, Vangelis Zoulas from Giorgos Mazonakis’ team and Sofia Christoforidou, who ultimately impressed the TV audience and became the grand winner of “The Voice.” It was the second consecutive victory for Pano Mouzourakis’ team, who humorously said just before the end of the competition, “I’ll be fired after the third one.”
Who is Sofia Christoforidou?
Sofia – Soumela Christoforidou is 18 years old, lives in Thessaloniki, and from her first appearance on “The Voice,” she managed to impress the audience and judges with her voice and presence. She started her music journey at the age of 6 with piano and choir, later continuing with vocal lessons. Last year, she took the national exams and is currently a first-year student at the Department of Music Studies.
