Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a touch of Brazilian magic! 💕 On Friday, February 14th, at 22:30, Athens’ first English-speaking theatre, THEATRE OF THE NO, presents the Miranda Verouli Quintet in their latest musical project, Brazilian Romance.
Recognized as Greece’s leading ambassador of Brazilian music, Miranda Verouli and her exceptional ensemble will transport you to the golden age of bossa nova, samba, and tropicalia, performing classics from legends like Antônio Carlos Jobim, Caetano Veloso, and Gilberto Gil. Their jazz-infused arrangements recreate the spellbinding atmosphere of Rio’s legendary nightclubs—perfect for an intimate and unforgettable Valentine’s night.
Adding a special touch, Verouli will share the stories behind the songs, offering deeper insight into Brazil’s rich musical heritage.

💘 What is love? Passionate, tender, fleeting, or eternal? In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, love continues to evolve—but its essence remains timeless. This exhibition brings together 27 contemporary Greek artists, each offering a unique interpretation of romance, longing, and desire.
Expect large-scale canvases and evocative sculptures, weaving love stories that are at times dreamy and serene, at others intense and surreal. Drawing inspiration from literature, philosophy, and psychology, the exhibition highlights love’s power to inspire, transform, and challenge us.
