Ouzo? I am first generation Greek American and no Greek I have ever met uses Ouzo to flambé Saganaki. We use Metaxa, it’s similar to brandy, made from wine and other blended spirits. It’s literally from the island of Samos where my parents are originally from. You pronounced the cheeses very well, and I respect your knowledge of Greek cuisine. But please, know that Greeks use Metaxa, not Ouzo.
