    As a Greek person from the countryside, although Athens does have a lot of good food spots, it has a shit ton of mediocre to bad food places that target tourists. My advice is try to avoid the busy and famous areas when looking for a good bite.

    If you wanna get a good idea of a culture’s food, avoid touristy spots because they’re often not very authentic
