Penn State Greek Life Organizations Take The Stage For Annual ‘Greek Sing’


Greek Sing lit up Schwab Auditorium on Thursday night. Penn State sororities and fraternities paired up to compete in a dance competition to raise money for their philanthropies. The winners of Greek Sing this year, Alpha Xi Delta and Delta Upsilon, will get to perform in Greek Hour during THON 2026.

To start the night off, Kappa Delta and Alpha Tau Omega performed to the “Victorious” soundtrack, including songs like “Freak the Freak Out” and “Best Friends Brother.” Throughout the performance, team members incorporated various props to make the show come alive.

Up next, Delta Zeta and Phi Kappa Tau brought the Disney days to life with a performance set to the
“Teen Beach Movie soundtrack.” Songs like “Curisin’ for a Brusin’” and “Falling for Ya” energized the crowd, creating a fun and lively atmosphere in the auditorium.

Alpha Sigma Alpha, Zeta Tau Alpha, and Alpha Chi Rho took the crowd straight to the circus with their high-energy performance set to “The Greatest Showman” soundtrack. Featuring songs like “This Is Me” and “Come Alive” along with a fun nod to Britney Spears’ classic “Circus” by Brittany Spears, the group impressed the audience.

Next, Alpha Delta Pi and Theta Chi kept the momentum going with a performance set to Justin Bieber’s biggest hits. They featured classics like “Love Me” and “Beauty and a Beat”, and their fun costumes added to the excitement of the audience.

Kappa Alpha Theta and Sigma Alpha Epsilon brought us to camp with their dance to various songs from the “Camp Rock” soundtrack. Songs like “We Rock” and “Can’t Back Down” energized the crowd, and their costumes helped transport the audience into the movie.

Up Next, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Phi Kappa Psi took the audience to the movie theatre, dancing to a blockbuster medley. They danced to songs like “Hot Wings (I Wanna Party),” “I’m Still Standing,” and “Space Jam,” creating a high-energy performance that kept the crowd excited.

Phi Sigma Sigma and Chi Phi transported the crowd to Barbieland with a vibrant routine set to several songs from the “Barbie” movie soundtrack. With hits like “Pink” and “Dance The Night,” along with impressive choreography, their performance had the audience cheering throughout.

After that, Delta Gamma, Phi Sigma Rho, and Phi Delta Theta competed in a Mash Off, performing to popular Glee hits. Mixes like “Singing in the Rain/Umbrella” and “Survivor/I will Survive” left the crowd astonished. Their sharp dance moves and creative props brought their entire performance to life.

Sigma Kappa and Phi Sigma Kappa brought the audience into the world of Alvin and the Chipmunks with a lively performance. They performed songs including “You Spin Me Round” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” and their stunts had the audience impressed.

Joining the stage, Sigma Delta Tau and Zeta Beta Tau performed to popular Black Eyed Peas hits. Their fun sunglasses and upbeat choreography to songs like “Rock That Body” and “Meet Me Halfway” had the entire crowd going wild.

Up next, Delta Phi Epsilon and Zeta Psi transported the audience to Greece with their performance to the soundtrack of “Mamma Mia.” They danced to classics including “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)” and “Mamma Mia.”

Gamma Phi Beta and Alpha Phi Delta riled the crowd up with different eras of Drake music, including “God’s Plan” and “Hotline Bling.” Their impressive cheer stunts and hints at popular TikTok dances had the crowd going wild.

Next, Alpha Omicron Pi and Sigma Sigma Sigma brought the audience back to peak Big Time Rush. They performed songs including “Boyfriend” and “Worldwide,” which had the audience fully immersed in the throwbacks.

Alpha Xi Delta and Delta Upsilon transported the audience to Thneedville, performing popular songs from “The Lorax” soundtrack. Dancing to “How Bad Can I Be?” and “Let It Grow,” their impressive stunts and sharp choreography had the crowd going wild, making everyone want to clap and sing along.

Lastly, Alpha Phi and Alpha Gamma Rho performed to the Wicked movie soundtrack. Songs like “Popular,” “Dancing Through Life,” and “Defying Gravity” had the audience going crazy. Their mix of green facepaint, pink outfits, and impressive stunts with choreography inspired by the film completely won the crowd over.

After the competition, the judges ultimately crowned Alpha Xi Delta and Delta Upsilon the overall winners. Second place went to Alpha Phi and Alpha Gamma Rho, and third went to Delta Gamma, Phi Sigma Rho, and Phi Delta Theta.

Alpha Xi Delta and Delta Upsilon won a performance at THON 2026 and $1,000 towards their philanthropy of choice.
