Penny had many passions throughout her life. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, doing crafts, knitting and crocheting. Penny also loved animals, especially her pets, along with listening to Greek music, dancing and going shopping looking for bargains. She loved her village home in Kattavia, Rhodes.
