Iam greek BUT i can say the first dish IS NOT GREEK
I’ve been to Greece countless times because I family there, and these places ok and are typical tourist places, and for Americans it must be unreal, but for the rest of us who live in this world, it’s ok. Plus, you are eating like you’ve hadn’t eaten for 5 days. For the rest of the world( not including stupid Americans) there are better places to go, embarrassing to watch these clowns( clueless influencers/travel bloggers ).
Amazing choices ! If you want the best Mille-feuille in Athens try Stani in Omonia! They do other sweets which are also delicious, and fresh loukomades ! If I were you and you go there for breakfast try the The three salty pies they make! The kourou cheese pie. The Thiropita, And my favourite one the spinach and cheese pie, this one in particular I think is the best I tasted it in athens !
Obviously Try to greek coffee!
Also they have a variety of yogurts the name Stani means “sheepfold” or “barnyard,”! It’s the only dairy bar left it’s an experience!
