In addition to the two new Allsun hotels in Crete, which will open this summer, as already published by MONEY & TOURISM, a further strategic expansion throughout Greece is planned for 2026, together with the establishment of Alltours Greece SA for the consolidation of activities in Greece, based in Heraklion, Crete. It should be noted that ALLTOURS GREECE MONOPORING COMPANY, based in Heraklion, Crete, has been established since 2013, so the announcement of a new company is of particular interest.
The alltours group of companies is expanding in Greece, which is one of the destinations with the highest volume of alltours summer travel and is currently experiencing a real boom with high double-digit growth rates. Allsun Hotels currently operates four hotels in Greece.
The new hotels in Crete for 2025
In July 2025, allsun Hotels, part of alltours, will open the brand new Carolina Sun Beach Hotel in Crete – the brand’s first 5-star hotel. However, the new allsun Malia Beach 4.5-star resort in Crete recently opened its summer season for 2025 following an extensive modernisation.
In the future, all allsun Greek hotels will be managed under the auspices of the newly established company alltours Greece SA, based in Heraklion, Crete. Allsun Hotels plans to open more hotels on the Greek islands for the 2026 summer season.
Alltours is also expanding in the resort sector in Greece: the group’s Alltoura brand expanded this year in Crete with the Alltoura Club Hotel Mare Blue & Village and in Rhodes with the Alltoura Club Hotel Kiotari Miraluna Resort.
Apart from its extensive offer on the islands with the highest volume of travel such as Crete, Rhodes and Kos, alltours is the tour operator with the largest portfolio of smaller Greek islands. For the summer of 2025, the program has been expanded again to the lesser-known regions of Greece. These include Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Lefkada in the Ionian Sea, Naxos and Paros in the Cyclades, and the islands of Skiathos and Skopelos in the northern Sporades.
In addition, alltours has further expanded its programme for Greece to include the greater Athens area with Porto Heli, Nafplio and Corinth, the Peloponnese with Kalamata and Kyllini, and Thessaloniki as a starting point for excursions to the Halkidiki peninsula and the Olympic Riviera.
