This is the most basic way to prepare chicken. How is it greek?
This was so yummy I made it for lunch
1.5 lemons juiced
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parsley chopped
2tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tap salt
1/2 tap pepper

Thyme instead of the cumin taste better.
Serious question: Do Greeks traditionally cook with cumin? This is extremely similar to how Cubans would make their chicken, except with lime instead of lemon.

We are having our dinner with this recipe as the protein and my partner and I are SO happy with this! My partner is from Cyprus, the Greek part and of course, told me that they don’t use chili flakes but also said that it doesn’t matter as long as recipe is delicious and healthy!
