He is young, talented, handsome, and comes from a musical family.
Matteo Bocelli, the son of the famous Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, will perform his first concert on Greek soil on June 13, 2025 at the Theatro Vrahon (Melina Mercouri Open Air Theatre) as part of his massive European tour.
Although only 27 years old, Matteo has already made his presence felt in the international music scene, both as a performer and as a composer.
He has appeared on the most famous music stages of the world, next to the biggest stars of showbiz. With his emotional interpretations and dynamic voice, he is gradually winning over the world audience by singing, in fact, in many different languages.
His first full-length record, ‘Matteo,’ was particularly ambitious as it featured collaborations with big musical names such as Ed Sheeran; Jesse Shatkin, known for collaborations with Miley Cyrus, Sia, and Kelly Clarkson; and Stuart Crichton, producer of the Backstreet Boys.
His songs are an up-tempo pop approach to classical tunes, the genre his father has served with such success.
Raised in music, he started piano lessons at a very young age. His first live performance took place at the Colosseum in Rome when he was 18.
In 2018, he released ‘Fall on Me’, a touching duet with his father about the relationship between parent and child that has more than 400 million streams worldwide.
In 2020, he released ‘Solo’, a mesmerising love song that combines the classic aria with contemporary sounds, while ‘Chasing Stars’ is a soulful ballad that showcases his soaring vocal capabilities.
