Tzatziki:
– Greek yoghurt
– 1 cucumber
– Dried/fresh dill
– Squeeze of lemon
– 1 garlic clove or equivalent
– Salt/pepper
Peel & slice the cucumber in half lengthways; using a spoon remove the seeds and discard.
Grate the cucumber into a bowl lined with a clean tea towel! Squeeze the remaining moisture out.
Add greek yogurt, garlic, dill and lemon. Season to taste.
