Laura Thorn was the grand winner of the Luxembourg Song Contest – LSC and will represent the Grand Duchy at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest 2025!
Tonight’s Grand Final took place at the Rockhal in Luxembourg. The evening started at 20:00 CET and all the finalists of this year’s contest took to the stage to perform “Fighter” by TALI, the winning song of LSC 2024, which brought Luxembourg to 13th place in Malmö, Sweden!
Immediately afterwards it was the turn of the hosts, Raoul Roos and Loïc Juchem, to welcome us and explain the voting process!
The dazzling Conchita Wurst then took to the stage. The Eurovision 2014 winner captivated the Luxembourg audience with her commanding stage presence and her sensational performance of “Rise Like A Phoenix”. Her powerful message of acceptance of diversity moved the audience, who proved tonight why Conchita is still considered one of the most iconic winners of the contest!
OGAE GREECE was at Rockhal and you can enjoy part of Conchita’s performance as we experienced it from inside the arena!
Rumors had been circulating early on that Raoul Roos and Loïc Juchem would not be the only hosts of LSC 2025… and this was confirmed early in the evening! Conchita took over her role as co-host and the three hosts gave the go-ahead for the voting to begin with the phrase “LET THE LUXEMBOURG SONG CONTEST 2025 BEGIN!”

In a particularly moving moment, Marie Myriam, winner of Eurovision 1977, performed the timeless “L’oiseau et l’enfant”, filling the stadium with nostalgia and emotion and drawing warm applause from the audience. Her presence at LSC 2025 was a tribute to the history of the Contest, bridging past and present.
24-year-old NOSI (Eric Nosbusch) took to the stage to entertain the audience with his tech house sounds. Specifically, the young DJ appeared with a children’s choir and gave a new version of “Poupée de cire, poupée de son”. His presence was not just a coincidence at LSC as in 2019 he was honored as the best DJ at the Luxembourg Nightlife Awards and since then he has maintained a steady upward trajectory in the international electronic scene with his unique productions and dynamic performances.
And as the past is almost always connected to the present and the future, tonight, we had the pleasure of enjoying last year’s winner of the Luxembourg Song Contest, TALI, who presented us with her new song “Dear Parents”!
Results time!
There were two rounds of voting by both the European juries and the television audience! In the first round of voting, five-member juries from eight European countries voted, awarding the 7 songs 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 points.
