Laura Jane Grace In The Trauma Tropes have released their new single ‘Your God (God’s D*ck)’.
The track, written during a songwriting fellowship retreat in Greece last summer, features Grace alongside Paris Campbell Grace on vocals, with Athens-based musicians Jacopo Fokas on bass and Orestis Lagadinos on drums.
The song sees Grace performing on the Baglamas, an instrument historically associated with Greek protest music, Rebetiko. Information about a forthcoming LP from Laura Jane Grace In The Trauma Tropes on Polyvinyl Record Co. is expected to be announced soon.
Grace will be touring extensively across North America in the coming months, performing as Laura Jane Grace & The Mississippi Medicals, with different arrangements across the dates.
