I don't think the cow thing was wrong
the cows were smaller back then, they weren't super cow like we have now
also my great grandfather was well know to be able to lift donkeys on his shoulders, he was one crazy bastardo I tell you what. Also definitely not a good man, he kidnapped his wife and forced her to marry him because she was beautiful when she was already engaged to another man.
Anyways and he wasn't even an athlete or a rancher, so I am willing to believe the thing about the cow.
Καλησπέρα Θανάση
Ο αλγόριθμος με έφερε εδώ. Καταυχαριστήθηκα τα βίντεο σου. Μπορούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε;
This cartoon is all wrong
Principle of progressive overload was truly first understood by greeks it's the secret hint which lets you track Greek cultural influence in disciplines today associated with Asia.
Μπραβο ρε Θαναση επιτέλους ρε μλκ κάποιος που εχει κανει research στην γυμναστική των Ελλήνων εχω δει πολλούς ξενους στο youtube να λενε how the Greeks used to train και είναι γεματα ανακρίβειες και γαμω τα βιντεο αδερφε συνέχισε χαιρετίσματα απο Ελλαδα
Can you make a video on grappling techniques and submissions that are shown in vase paintings and bronze sculpture depicting Pankration
The video about the mythological origins of the fights was amazing. I was wondering if we couldn't have a video about the Dioscurium and its relationship with Boxing?
Could you please review the Herakles physique workout plan by Ben Winney
Could you cover this one Pankration/Greek boxing influencer? His channel is called War Yoga, and he seems really knowledgeable
Is there a video thats a historicly accurate of the spartans
1:17 = in portuguese we say halteres for dumbells. Now I know why. It derives from the greek word alteres.
Not gonna lie, training naked close to a river sounds incredibly convenient, like me when I do my squats before going into the shower, no worries about laundry (which is the worst part of training anything really)
love the clip! but please balance your audio. Cheers!
I didn't know you had talent in shitposting.
Were there any records of backtakes in pankration? Its an important postion in modern mma, but I've never seen it in any vases or anything.
This channel needs more views
That was great. Thank you.
Great video
serious question: 3:41 why "all" your "homies hate Pausanias"?
Olive oil was used as food, sunscreen, shampoo, and seances. It truly is the ultimate material.
I think it would be awesome, to train and talk philosophy instead usual gym smalltalk.
Good funny video! Question, have you or anyone you know used rexonstructions of ancient Greek weights? They seem so incredibly different than today Im curious what possible pros and cons there are.
nice video ,we all apreciate you,r work !!
is there any souce for many ancient greek exercices ? like a book or site on google
