Orosbiki buki calintiki sizki bizdenki calmisinizki
What to eat it with?
What if you don’t have dill what can you use I can’t get dill anywhere in my area
I never have fresh dill… used dried dill and let it all brew in the fridge for a few hours. It’s good. Did quantities by eye based on the yogurt I had left. If it looks right, it’s probably good. Check salt and lemon before dishing it out… you’re golden.
Caciciki bizimki TURKISHKII
MINTNNTNT
Coll, but…naáh!!!
“High quality” olive oil, and it’s packaged in plastic
Well blow me down!!
Im sick of this Turkish dish being claimed as Greek. It is cacık pronounced jajik the word tzatziki is a mispronunciation of the word cacık. Greeks never had yogurt in their cuisine and they learnt this from Turks. Relentless claiming and proclaiming this being greek has caused most people around the globe to believe it to be greek but it isnt
Lan bildiğin bu cacık🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
More like cucumber raita of INDIA
NICE RECIPE
Instead of dill use mint
New bottom surgery just dropped
😋
Finally, someone 😊is making a traditional tzatziki 😂
Even the yoghurt inside is Turkish food. Why don't you still say that Greece stole this from us? Tzatziki is a dish that has been in Ottoman cuisine for a long time. It is mentioned under the name tzatziki in the 18th and 19th century Ottoman culinary records. Turks have consumed yoghurt as a staple food throughout history. It can even replace yogurt. It is Turkish and from there it spread to world languages. Tzatziki is a natural part of Turkish cuisine, as it is essentially a yoghurt-based dish. Tzatziki is a common dish made in almost every home in Turkey. It is consumed as a refreshing dish in the summer months and served especially with dishes such as kebab. It has become one of the cornerstones of traditional Turkish cuisine. When the Ottoman Empire collapsed, Greek cuisine stole this from us.
Turkish Cacık you mean👍🏻
Red wine vinegar for more authentic acidity
I was told by a Greek man at the culinary academy on my school in the instruction of this dip "As much garlic as you can stand"
mint instead of the dill for me
I don't care how you make it, all I know is I could eat the WHOLE bowl, I love it!
🚨Cacik is turkish🚨🇹🇷
😊😊😊
